ThoughtRiver is a specialist legal software solution offering automated contract review and negotiation. The product allows legal teams to review, negotiate and remediate contracts with greater confidence and speed using AI. The challenge the company faced was how to increase leads and drive demos, so that potential customers could experience for themselves the power and convenience of the platform.
In order to drive higher numbers of relevant product demo requests, Tomorrow People decided to put the product experience at the heart of the user journey. We helped ThoughtRiver to produce a series of webinars designed to engage and educate the target audience with useful information, as well as a video resource centre hosting more helpful content. Implementing A/B testing of web page styles and button text ensured continuous optimization of the user experience.
