Following an intense period of growth, Arkadin had started seeing rifts within their marketing strategy. Content was being deployed arbitrarily and handovers to sales were in need of some serious improvement. We teamed up with Arkadin to deliver a cohesive inbound marketing strategy that would help unify their global network of disjointed communications channels.
Acting as an extension of the Arkadin team, we set to work on delivering a strategy that pulled all of their main communications channels together. What primarily started as an inbound programme soon evolved and integrated a range of online and offline marketing activities, from social media promotion and community management to events support.
Delivering a campaign across the globe-spanning digital presence of Arkadin meant devising a comprehensive, omni-channel strategy. From the creation of content, campaign collateral and microsite development to filming their events, working with Arkadin meant doing something different every day.
Using the right tools.
We meticulously tracked customer engagement with the Arkadin brand using marketing automation and CRM tools. The data collated from this activity allowed us to personalise the Arkadin web estate according to the interests of their different audience segments. This helped in striking up conversation with new leads and prospective customers.
40,000 page visitors, 900 new contacts, and 500 marketing qualified leads later, we can say that our work with Arkadin has been a success. We worked with the team at Arkadin to deliver a cohesive marketing strategy across all channels.
