Global CX research rollout

Leading cloud platform Acquia turned to us for the global rollout of their large-scale customer experience trend report.



Acquia is a leading cloud platform for building, delivering, and optimizing digital experiences. The company conducted a major CX survey collecting the views of 8,000 consumers and 800 marketers. The research needed to create maximum and lasting impact across Acquia’s global markets, drive ongoing engagement, and reinforce its position as thought leader.



We took a multi-regional approach, using the raw data to write and design seven tailored versions of the CX trends report: UK, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, Singapore, and US/Global. We also delivered a programme of engaging content to spin out the research data into an ongoing campaign, including webinars, infographics, and advertising.


Local insights, global impact

Developing unique country-specific reports allowed us to create compelling reports with high relevance for each of the chosen markets. Tomorrow People built a detailed understanding of the data, working with Acquia to bring out the key themes and takeaways. A combination of local data and the broader global overview made each report highly valuable to the target audience. This positioned Acquia as a highly credible source of valuable insights in each of those individual markets.

Multichannel engagement

To maximize Acquia’s return on its research investment, we designed a multichannel content programme to extend reach and longevity. A destination landing page acted as the digital showcase for the research, with adapted on-page content for each country. Key findings inspired a portfolio of supporting assets: promotional emails, blogs, webinar slide decks, infographics, and organic social content. Ads were also created for social media, PPC, and remarketing campaigns, expanding the power of the research as a lead generation tool.
